Capacitor voltages

I've read that it is o.k. to use a higher voltage when replacing caps as long as the uf value is correct. My question is whether any voltage is ok, for instance if it should be a 16 volt I'm sure it's ok to use a 25v but is it also ok to use a 200v or higher?
Also is there any instance when you should NOT use a higher voltage?
 
When physical size is a problem. A 200-volt cap is a lot bigger than a 25-volt cap, and you won't always be able to get it to fit in the spot. If it fits, then how big you go doesn't really matter, although the larger caps tend to cost more, so if you have to buy more to replace it, you'll spend more for the 200-volt than the 25-volt...
