My brother is repairing an old Imperial phonograph and needs some help figuring out the values of this cap. I think it's two caps in one can, but not sure of the values. Anyone?

Yes... 2 in one package with a common ground.

Use a 33uf and a 47uf at 150v to replace them.
 
Yeah, that's a 30uf and a 50uf cap in the same package, both at 150v. On many old components you'll see things like MF or MMF - for microfarad and micro-microfarad respectively. The W.V. stands for Working Volts.

As channelmanic already pointed out, use a 33uf and a 47uf to replace them. These old caps have a tolerance of 10% on a good day, anything in the ballpark will be fine.
