So i am not good with video games but i have a family friend that dropped off a Taito Space Invaders cocktail table & i said i'd look it over. On one of the boards there's a fried capacitor. The info i can find states its the C3 cap. That capacitor is a "capacitor tantalum ssg 16-22f". What kind of capacitor is that? I've looked all over on search engines but can't seem to find a hit on anything. Any help would be great because i'm completely lost! Thanks.

Probably 22uF 16V tantalum. They explode all the time.
Replace with electrolytic of same ratings (or 25V), low ESR and high lifetime rating and similar lead pitch.
