I have amassed 9 arcade machines. I need to install cap kits in several of them. Instead of ordering 9 video cap kits from one of the sites I was wondering if someone has ever made shopping lists for the various electronics suppliers.

For example, I know I need 4 Nintendo audio cap kits. Mouser electronics carries all the parts if you know what to order.

For 9 kits I would just order them from Bob roberts. You have to order in bulk to get any real savings to make it worthwhile.
If you do decide to order the caps separately check out jameco, they have good prices on caps.

Cap Kit Source - Zanen Electronics

I like Zanen Electronics for cap kits. Example prices: WG 7400/7500 39 parts = $8.95, WG 6100 30 parts includes 6 deflection transistors, diodes, etc. = $14.95, Nintendo Sanyo EZ-20 25 parts = 6.95. I buy 10 or more kits & get $1.00 off each kit. Aubrey has also helped me find special use capacitors that I could not find at Jameco or Dalbani. 888-449-2636 orders only, 806-829-2780 general info. You can also see his ad in Playmeter.

I usually order for myself and my friends so I order in small bulk.

Can anyone spec the two transistors for the nintendo audio board?

I need to replace at least two of them. They are missing on two of my audio boards that I inherited.

I would like to start an updated shopping list for multiple vendors online so people can easily order parts from vendors.

Carriage bolts, electronics, etc.

I have both of these in stock, just got in 250 of each. I assume you mean the two larger TO-220 transistors. There are a total of 4 transistors on the board.

It's the two squarish flat through-hole type transistors. There is normally a green one and a black one screwed to the black shields.

Can I order these from you?

Sure can, just got these in yesterday. Send me a PM and let me know how many you need and I will figure up pricing.
