i posted pics of problem im having w my sanyo donkey kong.believing to need a cap kit, i havnt started dissasembling from what i can see through cage that covers flyback it kida looks likethat thin section of cover that runs up the side and over the top may be cracked on top and have a little ooze to it? should i replace that too? if so once i discharge monitor am i pretty safe touching boards etc? im a 1st timer. and is there any risk of new flyback storing any charge as im replacing? thanks

The charge is NOT stored in the fly, it is stored in the tube. In your case the chassis is safe to handle after the monitor has been discharged. Sanyo tubes do sometimes build up a charge after they have been discharged. It is always best to discharge the tube prior to re-installing the chassis for this reason.

Can't advise on the fly, as I have not seen it.
