Ok i have been trying to install this monitor for some time now. i have three different monitor and i have no luck with getting any of them to power on but lets just try to get this one installed.

Mointor 1:
WG k7193
just pick it up off a arcade wharehouse and they put it on a test bench and fired it up so i know i works. i took i home and i wire up a drop in power center: http://www.therealbobroberts.net/accenter.jpg
just like bob roberts say:
http://www.therealbobroberts.net/buildit.html

but still nothing when hook the monitors up. i dont understand, i have a pcb hook up ( i made my own test center) to the jamma and the pbc board lights up so i know thats working i have all the RBG, Snyc, the power cord going throught the ISO and it reads 120 or so volts on my meter so i know its getting power i run a ground cord from the filter to the chassis mount so i think its grounded? so what elses am i missing or doing wrong???

i cant hear nothing and the yoke does not light up. im going to check chassis and see if its getting any juice. but not a sound im not sure what it could be?

You probably just have something wired up wrong. Check that you are getting 120v into and out of your isolation transformer, and that the 120v is present at the connector on the monitor. You could have a disconnected wire, a bad connector, or something hooked up wrong.

Have you checked the fuse on the "drop in power center"? Is everything dead? Or just the monitor?

No Luck. i have double check all the wiring and it seems to be setup just like bob roberts says on his web page. i test the distribtion block its running 122v then i tested the isolation transformer and it is runnign 128-130v. i have check the tube and the neck board grounds and they all seem to be in place. have check the fuse the drop in power supply and its good. for some reason i think its a ground problem but like said i have checked every seems right???

Ok i Know the drop in power supply i made works cuz i unhook my Mk2 machine and hooked it up to the drop in power supply and she powered on no problem and i played it for a half hour or so. so now i know the problem lies within the monitor. when i first got the monitor i hooked it into my Neo Geo Cab cuz i thought that the Neo Geo Power supply was kind of like a drop in power supply itself (fuse, filter,dc convert, isolation transformer) which i assume now that there is no isolation transformer in the Neo Geo power Suppy. once i pluged the power into the monitor i hear a load "POP!" my friend who was looking at the chassis said he seen a inch or so spark that came from the flyback. so my question is how can i check if the flyback is bad or if some other thing like a diod is blown. i have check the fuse on the monitor and it was not blown but was doing some werid things. but ill get back to that later...any ideas???

If there was any hint of sparking/arcing from the flyback, then replace it. There's probably a crack(s) or pinhole in it.

if the flyback was bad would the yoke still light up???

The yoke will NEVER light up, and if it does light up you had better have a Fire Extinguisher handy.

I would say from the limited information that you have provided, that your fly is bad and you have also most likely blown the HOT too.

you should probably visually inspect your chassis too for damaged components or possibly even burned traces if you really did plug this monitor in without an isolation transformer. All sorts of bad things can happen when you do that.

Thanks guys, im gonna order the K7000 Flyback Repair Kit $26.00 off of bob roberts. is this the right flyback and capkit will work for a WG 25k7193? im pretty sure it is but at this point i like to double check everything i do.
Thanks again
Im learn more every day
