That does look familiar, but I can't put my finger on it.

What does it say on the ROM near the power connector on the motherboard ?
Any labeled chips on any of the riser cards ?

It *looks* like a Megatouch. But the board is mounted underneath the monitor rather than behind it, vertically. And the CDROM on a Megatouch is usually accessable from the left side, behind a cover. But at the same time, the construction of the frame, and the coin mechanism connections looks exactly like a Megatouch. Does it boot? Is there a disc in the drive?

So far when I turn on just the power supply comes on, not motherboard boot or anything.. tonight I am going to test all the voltages on the power supply and figure out what is going on.

The power supply is just an ordinary AT style power supply. Will be easy to replace if that's the problem. And if you want to rule out the monitor, you can just unplug the VGA connector from the video card and plug in any normal computer monitor.

Thats a megatouch for sure. Power supply problems are very common on these since they are small and hold alot of heat in. Same goes for caps on the monitor.
