Cannot log in on mobile, email verification?

I got logged out on mobile and I am unable to log in, I also tried changing my password on my desktop and I cannot login to the website, it says I need to verify my email.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I just sent you a password reset, but it only will remain valid for about 30 minutes. If that doesn't work, go to the main site and log in and use the Forgot My Password link. Your account had an extra security watch on it (no fault of your own) which is why it asked you to reach out.
