I can still do it for the most part! I figured it would be good to write it down so I can refer to this when the memory starts failing very soon!

I would go with my dad on most Saturday's in the late 80s to the mall and would be there from like 10am till dinner time I reckon. He owned a shop two doors down from the arcade so we would open the store and be there till night shift came in. Me and the other mall rat kids would be there all day bouncing around and spending a majority of our time in the arcade.

to your right as you walked into the arcade (one's with an asterisk are in my private collection now):
*Outrun - driving games as a kid.. i mean, gold standard
Main Event - can you imagine, they swapped Outrun for Main Event at some point! blasphemous.
Operation Wolf
*Robocop - I was pretty good at this one. I think I beat it. I could definitely get far at least.
*Ghosts n Goblins - I remember one of the older kids could get pretty far and it was god like
*Shinobi - I was reasonably ok at this for a kid. I remember getting to the green guy at the end but I don't think I beat it
Kung-fu - the attract music... burned in my brain
*Double Dragon - I remember when this came out it was super popular. I can't remember though if we knew about the elbow cheese back then
*EftPotRM - hidden gem
Ring King
*1943
Centipede
*Ms. Pacman - this was the only game my dad would play from time to time. otherwise, he would be smoking cigs in front of the fountain with other mall employees
Pacman

to your left as you walked in:
*Gauntlet - this was a big deal I remember when we would play with the older kids. On Saturday nights, I remember this usually having 4 ppl on the regular plus us kids in the peanut gallery watching
Pit Fighter - at some point Gauntlet was swapped out for Pit Fighter. horrible!
Battlezone
*Toobin - this one is tough now as it makes my hands hurt from all the tapping!
Super Sprint - holy crap was this game a big deal. Again, playing with the older kids and the adults I always felt like it was a privilege when I could sneak in a quarter with 3 ppl playing
*Rastan - top 5 soundtracks
few pinball machines - I was young and didn't care for pins at the time but recall Pinbot and High Speed for sure. I can't remember others
Gorf
*Pole Position
*Spy Hunter - tucked all the way in the corner

It is crazy that 40 years later so much of this is still burned into my brain. Any of you cats have a rough layout of the arcade lineup still rattling around too?
