It looks very much like a midway however the coin door and specifically the coin return button looks like a Taito. Or maybe its just generic. Any thoughts?

Well, there goes the surprise![]()
Hopefully someone will have an idea...then no more surprise
Interesting cabinet. What is it currently? I see a "jump" button...

I don't think taito ever used a cab similar to midway, but I think stern did.
The 1P and 2P buttons being on the wrong sides of each other is driving me crazy. Make it stoooooppppppp!
Having said that, no idea whatsoever what that thing is...
Is there anything on the cab structure that is telling people it's NOT a Midway that was converted?
An old Ms. Pac or Galaga was our best guess.

lots.
coin door
speaker plates
start buttons
monitor is horizontal.
color of the sides
That's my point, non of that is structural.
All those parts are easily swapped.
Take those parts off, look at the cab itself, then tell me what you think it was.
Even the monitor can be rotated without too much trouble.
Chances are it's a generic, modeled after something else.
