The top and bottom pictures appear to be two totally different machines. Did the top picture get added by accident? ;)
 
Is the yellow side cut right there at the control panel? Or is just painted black right there so that it's hard to see in the picture?

Either way, I'd say it was probably a Joust...

That yellow side 'cut' does look weird. Definitely a Williams cabinet. Joust looks right.

ya, it's black paint. the coin doors do seem to match up to a joust, as the side does as well. the control panel is a little off, but everything else was thrown together, stargate bezel fitment makes sense that this is a good match for a joust, and the marquee didn't fit correctly.

It does look like a Joust or maybe a moon patrol. Looks like they had to patch the speaker grille. So many Williams games have the damn grille broken.
