Just about to order one from Groovy Game Gear for my Tron and was wondering what game this originally came from.

the shell is probably gorf, although happ does sell that style joystick on their site, i've seen some on claw games. i would almost guess that it was taken off a discs of tron, with the deflect button and all.

That's interesting because all the discs of tron I've seen, they're all blue but the CP image on KLOV for discs of tron shows a black one. Might also explain why some of the Gorfs I saw at the warehouse I picked up tron were missing the original joysticks!

the games that use that shell (tron, satan's hollow, DOT, gorf) are commonly found with other games joysticks on them. i've never seen a satan's hollow red stick on another game, but i've seen gorf sticks on trons and satan's hollow and tron sticks on satan's hollow.

With the large number of Tron's with the wrong joystick and conversions and control panels being sold without joysticks, there has to be a big pile of blue joysticks sitting in some guy's warehouse somewhere.

Probably got damaged from kids yanking down on them or people using the joysticks as coat hangers. lol
