I've seen a lot of boards with a slight warp (from improper storage), but that one's impressive. ;) I'd either make a frame (like that link), or if you don't really care, just screw it to the wall of the cab. Does it work? I wouldn't be surprised if you have some intermittent problems from the flex on the sockets, or hairline cracks in the traces.

I tried it and does not work. Looked at board closer and 3 caps had legs broke off from monitor falling on it. Will replace those and test again.
 
Heat gun and screw it to a flat piece of 3/4 plywood when it warms up. Having it sit in the hot sun first may help too. I would be shocked to see that ever firing up again tho...
