Does anyone recognize what game this panel came off of? I've run across two of them over the past couple of years, already separated from the original machines. It's got to be from a dedicated game, not a conversion, as both panels I've run across were outfitted exactly the same, with the same wheel and shifter, same art, on the same special corner-cut Dynamo panel.

This is the only type of corner-cut Dynamo panel I've ever run across that was formed specifically for a wheel setup.

Thanks in advance for any info

Oooh - getting warmer for sure. That's definitely the right panel. I wonder if that example may be a conversion though; if I look at KLOV's record of Double Axle, it shows two different cabs; both with the same wheel, but with a different shifter that just has low and high. It appears that game had no reverse? The shifters on both panels I've got included a reverse the same as the one in your pic.

Pleiades10 - you're right, that's it. Not sure why the pics of the two on KLOV don't have shifters with reverse, but I've looked at the game's manual and it had provisions for a reverse switch. Looked around on the internet and found pictures from different sources of the game with the same panel as you and I had pictured as well.

Thanks for pointing me at it - I'll put that mystery to rest now ;-)

I now wonder if there were any other driving games in a Dynamo cab. This panel is just about necessary for mounting a wheel, as without it, the wheel wouldn't sit at the right angle.

Thanks again Pleiades10
