Can someone help identify these?

I just went to power up my R-type and it seems I'm not getting any power on the out of my pp-1200. I open it up and find these two components all crusty on the top and the board looks a little dark under them. I tried to find some sort of schematic for this power supply but couldn't. Can someone help identify what I can replace these with and what they are called.

those are power resistors that are burning. Meaning there is something drawing too much current. Now the question is recap the power supply and fix the two burned resistor or replace it.
 
Thanks. I'm trying to find something like a parts list for these somewhere but can't. One of the power resistors is burnt that much that I can't really tell it's values. I doubt that there are any kind of "rebuild kits" for these power supplies. Nothing on ebay that I could see either.
 
so it's a 5 watt resistors meaning it could be
5.1 ohms @ R1
30 ohms @ R10
100 ohms @ R16
510 Ohms @ R20
10 Ohms @ R22

You might want to use the process of elimination to figure out which resistors are the burnt ones.
 
Now when you say something could be drawing to much, do you mean something on the PCB is drawing to much or something within the PS itself?

It's possible the output rails are shorting onto the case, but it's more likely you have a short in the game itself somewhere. With the PS removed from the game, try reading resistance from each +V/-V to ground, you may get lucky.

If you mean the output pins on the 9 pin coming out, I have tested those not hooked to the game and I don't get a reading on any of them. I do have some other power supplies here but they are 120v inputs. Would they work running 100v into one of them or would it be a no go and actually need another 100v ps? I am going to see if I can get a cjouple resistors tomorrow of those values.

Power supplies really don't need to be isolated... try hooking one of your 120v units up to the game and just plugging the the PS directly into the wall instead of using the cabinet wiring. If you DO have a short in the machine though, you'll probably just blow yet another PS.

What I really meant is checking the supply wires in the cabinet vs. ground (return, not earth, also in the cabinet) when they're not hooked up to a PS. If you're getting a really low ohms reading, you've got a bigger issue, either cabinet wiring or something blown shorted, and your blown PS is just collateral damage.
