I'm looking for around 10 of the larger .156 wiring pin connectors like the ones pictured in the photos below in red.
I need them in a 12-pin length exatly like the ones in the photos.
If anyone has any of these please contact me.
Thanks

The ones shown in the picture look like Panduit IDC connectors, correct? The one's Broodwich recommended are a better connection IMO vs the IDC.

Thanks for catching the .156.
I'll take a look at what they have.
I'd like to get them here so I don't get raped with the shipping charges

Checked out jamco and the connectors you suggested are not really the route I'm looking to go.
I'd like to stay with the connectors shown in the photo.

what are these off? I have a few Midway NBA/MK harnesses, and a couple of tote boxes full of connectors and random wire, if your passing give me a call and stop by and rummage thru them

This is for the Jrok board that I'll be putting into my Smash TV.
The harness I'm making needs to match the Smash TV harness I have.
I need at least three of them but would really like 10.

Any particular reason why? IDC connectors like that are atrocious in the long run for reliability. Crimp pin style connectors are much more reliable, though a bit more time consuming to install.

keep looking through jameco, digikey, and mouser. they do have the style your looking for, but they're orange and i'm not sure if they have it in a 12pin flavor.

The reason I want to stick with those connectors is that I've never had a problem with them.
They've been reliable for me, and I could go the other route, its just I haven't found a pin connector for the Jameco 463523 that crimps around the wires well.
The end arms that wrap around the wires are quite short and doesn't wrap around the wire well.
They more or less wrap around the wire instead of stabbing into the wire due to those arms being short.

His site is massive and I wouldn't know the first thing about finding the connector based off of description.
Not really a connector description expert. :(

Personally, if I'm doing .156 molex, I use the crimp style with Trifurcon pins. I also replace the headers. I have NEVER had a peoblem with this configuration because the pins grip on 3 sides. Buy a good Weller crimper and you'll never do the displacement type again.

how the hell do you punch the wires into those idc connectors? I have a punch down tool for doing cat5/6 cable ect... but i would think using that for idc connectors would have me cursing and firing molex connectors across the room.

I actually use the top cap that covers the wires.
I use a wrench to pinch the wires down into the connector using the cap.
It's very easy with the cap.
Unfortunately they don't make them anymore. :(
