Can some one tell me what I bought?

Its a galaxian bootleg. The hardware looks to be an exact copy of the midway board so the schematics should apply. You should also be able to burn the midway or namco roms and run on that bootleg board. The hard part will be connecting the board since it used a ribbon cable. At least you have the pinout for it on that website posted above. The "EDM-28" one with the idc connector is the one you want.

thanks probably would be a totally different eprom also, just to make it more difficult.

The good thing is I can have a cable ready to go when it gets here. Now just waiting on board and eproms.....

At first I thought it was a two board set but they both appear to be the same, if you got two of them for $10 that's an absolute steal!

Its a single board and a copy of the original hardware. The only real difference is its set up for DC voltage instead of AC. Original midway roms should run on that board.

Yes, but after the I buy the eprom chips and burn the program and then look at clock circuit again :(. I think I will have much better luck with the scope. It will really help with the sound problems.....

I hope I can use these to get the two originals going as they are worth more. I have yet to see two Galaxians with the same clock circuit installed.

Hopefully these two boards only need the roms and I can verify the program is good and track down hardware problems with the good roms.....

Just a follow up to this....This guy never shipped the boards or he did and I never got them. In the end e-pay gave me a refund. I left neutral feedback and the tracking number for all to see with a note: Tracking number says it all.

E-pay id is Shawner23.
