Can I use an Atari G05-801 in Omega Race?

Me and my dad finally got the cockpit in our garage arcade/workshop and we wanna get it running again. Last time we did anything the chassis blew up and started smoking, so I was wondering if I could use an Asteriods monitor in replacement/ just to test? My asteriods had G05-801 and Omega Race has G05-802. Thanks for any help!

You can but you need a custom harrness made. I got mine from Bob Roberts, but I do not know if they make them anymore. good luck

I remember seeing one on eBay not too long ago. I wish I would have picked it up. Would make doing repairs easier as I don't have a game with that model.
