Same buttons are on a GI Joe at the arcade, whether or not they're the original buttons, I don't know... but that's the only place I've seen them in person.

But they were more common on euro cabs, and trivia type machines. Relief pitcher is the only modern action game I know of to use pie buttons. But its buttons are split 3 eays.
