Hey hey!

Going to snag a red tent today and was wondering if I can fit it into my trunk. Its a volvo 850 turbo so its got a bigger than usual boot but Im still uncertain. Ive fit other cocktails lid closed but the red tent looks to be bulky.

The weather is nice so Im not worried about closing the trunk. Do you think I can do it or should I just get a trailer? Seems silly for such a small game but then again I dont want to be left with no options of getting it home when I get there.

Thanks as always!

I fit a dk jr cocktail in my backseat of a sentra. That'll prolly fit somewhere in your car if you remove the legs.

No, it will not fit.

Granted the red tent is not a rectangular block, but I don't believe it will fit. The measurements from end to end would be 29" high (without the legs), width (from end of each control panel) is 38", and length is 28" across.

Exactly. A Red Tent is NOT going to fit in there. Nor is it going to fit in your back seat. You're stuck getting a truck, van, SUV, or trailer I am afraid.

Better idea. Grab a hacksaw. Chop the thing into pieces. Put it in you trunk. Weld it back together and be sure to be really quick with vacuum when you weld the tv back together. It'll work.

Put wheels on each corner of the legs and tow it by chaining it to your rear bumper. Make sure you leave length in the chain to accomodate turning....yet not so much you create a slingshot effect.

Also, no.

So it was you who got the red tent in the auction! I was the $425 bid that didn't quite make it toward the end of the auction, but I figured it would be best to not spend so much so close to Christmas and my wife's birthday happening this week. Congrats! I'm glad it went to a KLOVer.

Out of curiosity, what games were in it?
