Can I dispose of these without feeling bad?

The MK conversion I bought recently came with movelists taped to the bezel. My thought is that they are something someone made and stuck on. If that is the case I won't feel bad about disposing of them, but if they are part of the conversion kit then I would keep them. Anyone know if they were official?

Here is a photo:

I'd sell em. There's someone bound to buy em here. Ask $10 plus shipping and you'd get a couple hits.

I can't say that I would pay $10+ shipping but I'd take them off your hands. I'm sure these were part of the conversion. Pull the glass and take a closer look at them. Do they look jet printed on regular paper?

i could use those move lists 'cuz damn, i suck at remembering even a two or three motion special.

i don't know if i'd be willing to buy 'em for $10 + shipping though unless they were in nice shape.

That's cool bro. I'll make some myself.

My odd collecting nature makes me want to keep them if there is any possibility if they are official, but I think that they are not what I would have made, and I think I might make my own too, but keep the others. I am nutz right?

Well let's see, you were going to chunk em, saw that other people might want them so decided to keep them... I think there's another word for this. :p

LOL, The question was were they official, then I would have kept them.

If they are just something someone made I will give them to you. I don't care then. I would rather make my own.

I am looking at other conversions to see if I see the same move list, which I haven't yet:

Those conversion make my Bad Dudes conversion look really good!

I was just razzing you bro. You should leave them on there. They don't look bad.

Best Conversion E V A R ! Nothing kicks more ass than Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat combined!

I love the oddly placed start button with the HUGE ass label!

Someone will pay for that.

I would LOVE to find a Street Fighter 1 that was unconverted! Last time I saw one was in the Bowling Alley in Cobleskill, NY about 15 years ago. I played that about 20 times just cause you never see it. I wish I knew what happened to that game.

Heres a shot of my MKII with some custom moves list that were provided to me by a member from this board via PDF format. Sorry, I can't remember who you were but thank you if you are reading this. I can't remember which character but I had to fix the moves on one of the characters. I think it might of been Johnny Cage. It had MK1 moves listed instead of MKII. They are taped under the glass and are very usefull. I created a Secrets card that is above center. It basically describes some other secrets to the game besides the moves. Stuff like Pong, Secret Characters, etc. I think it really adds to the game myself.

I can probably find the email and forward it on if anyone is interested.

What I like the best is the plastic bezel you have on that cabinet. All my cabinets have cardboard ones that look like crap in comparison.

When I replaced the monitor in my Galaga (it didn't have any bezel besides the glass when I bought it), I bought a plastic bezel, and smoke tinted plexi. It looks SO much better like that.

I want to do the tinted plexi same for my Marvel Vs Capcom, but the monitor is on the dim side, so I don't want to make it any darker. I suppose I will need to cap that monitor at some point.

Galaga before:

After with the new plastic bezel and tinted plexi:

I have since also replaced the plexi, sticks and buttons on the CP of the MVC.
