Can I call Berzerk a grail?

My all-time favorite game and one that I am proud to hold the WR on. Any game that you've sought for a long time IMO can be a grail.

Well if you did use that pattern, then rest assured there are two old dudes that hate your guts and will sit out on their porch, talk about the good old days when folks mapped out every single possible Berzerk screen, and will routinely curse your name along with your grandchildren.

Anyone can call anything whatever they want of course, but doesn't it make sense for us all to have a similar definition for stuff? Don't we all want to agree somewhat on what 'mint' means?
I've been collecting for close to 10 years now and 'grails' always referred to the super rare super popular and valuable stuff. Things that you really have to look for and wont' come cheap unless you luck out at a garage sale. Just that common game that I just happen to like and want, well, that's just a want list game. Maybe I want a minty pac man really bad, but i wouldn't give it 'grail' status because that's already kinda a well known and accepted term. Why not come up with a different word to say the same thing?
everyone's gonna differ of course, i'd just say lets try to stay consistent in what a term means so we dont' find ourselves looking at ebay filtering through all the 'mint, rare, grail warp warps' out there

Well I really, really want a Smash TV, 25" preferred, but that is just a really bad "want".
My grail is RUSH 2049, but even though I LOVE that game, I can't afford it.. yet..
For pins I have two grails: Indianapolis 500 and White Water.
Those are just MY grails. If you desire a Bezerk, heck yea it can be your grail. Though Robotron is Bezerk on amphetimines, Red Bull, java and cocaine!

As already stated, a grail is a matter of personal opinion. While most people have collected enough titles to reserve the word for the rarest of the rares, it can apply to anything. I started my collection way back in like 91 with my two grails at that time which was Rastan, and Shinobi. Now, the grails in my collection is a Scared Stiff pin and a Sit Down Star Wars, and Firefox, and......
But considering how the colors on Berzerk really pop on a new monitor, and that it was one of the first games that used a very cool synthesized speach, I could see someone calling it a grail quite easily. Couple that with the fact that the game is such a pain to get working and I think you may very well have a grail on your hands. But hey, that's just my 2 bits.
