Quick update...

Went to TAP Plastics today. They are repro'ing one for $17.26 including material, labor, tax... for that amount of $, its not worth my time...

I didn't think to post here, but I just posted about TAP Plastics instructional videos that they have on their website. Some cool stuff on there including the sandwich method of cutting plexi as guys previously mentioned.
