Apparently, R&L gave my Space Duel a nice thrashing and now the video on the monitor is not working correctly. The monitor was a Wells Garnder U6100. He states:
It almost sounds like a cold solder joint broke during transit, but I would like to have someone local to him in Houston take a look and see if you can do anything about it. If you can fix it for him, I will spot you some Paypal for your troubles.
I've plugged it up and the sound comes on, but the monitor doesn't. It seems that if the machine is nudged to one side or another, the monitor comes on momentarily. With the back open, the unit that seems to respond the most to gentle nudging is the silver box on the side of the monitor (the one with the brightness knob on it). By respond the most, I mean the picture starts to come on (or some graphics start to come on)
