Can a Digital Color Generator be used on an arcade monitor?

More specifically, I have a B&K model 1243 Digital I.C. Color Generator. Although I don't have i's product manual, I saw in similar models that they produce an RF signal, designed to be connected to the antenna terminals of a TV. Is there any way to use this on an arcade monitor?

I imagine I would need some sort of receiver that would convert the RF to an arcade monitor compatible RGB signal, but I really have no idea what I'm talking about.

Well usually those things only have RF out. Some have composite video, but that's not any good either.

You could get one of those RF to RGB converters from China, but is it still cost effective ?
Also the video to RF and RF back to RGB again is causing a lot of loss in signal quality, which is not good if you want to do serious monitor testing.

Why not get an el-cheapo game PCB with some test-screen options ?

Mostly because this came with the B&K CRT tester that I bought a while ago, and I wanted to see if I could use it.

I haven't seen you around in a while. I used to see you all the time on BYOAC. Of course, I haven't really been around much anyway. Good to hear from you!
