Came Into 25 Arcade Machines, 20 Arcade Monitors. What next?

I bought a storage locker full of games and monitors. They're obviously retired from a route. Now I just don't know what to do with them. Here's what I've found so far:

1 Nintendo Super System Missing Power Supply
2 Buster Brothers Blue Screen
3 X-Men Works
4 Ivan Stewart's Off Road Powers and coins
5 War-Final Assault Won't boot
6 Marvel Vs. Street Fighter Power Problems
7 Ikari Warriors Plays Blind, Controller
8 Outrun Works
9 T2 – Judgement Day Bad Screen, 1 Bad Gun
10 Revolution X – Aerosmith CMOS error
11 Buster Brothers Power Supply Wiring
12 Sports Master Golden Tee Works, Bad Color
13 Konami Racin' Force Works, 1 side steering no Force Feedback
14 Sega Turbo Dead Board
15 Silent Dragon Plays Blind, Ms. Pac Cabinet
16 Revolution X – Aerosmith Works, Missing Marquee
17 R-Type Dead.
18 Nintendo Super System Plays Blind
19 Strykers 1945 Plays Blind
20 Vindicators Works, Fire Buttons
21 Double Axle Works, No Sound, Won't coin
22 Golden Axe Works, No Controls
23 Silkworm No 19", Plays Blind
24 Magic Sword Missing 19", No play blind
25 Strider Works, Joystick and Coin Mechs

The unit also contained 20 CRT monitors. I'm planning on testing them in the next week or so.

I'm a little overwhelmed and looking for a strategy to dispose of most of this load. I have my eye on about 4 cabinets, but the rest is up for grabs. WWYD?

decide if you think it's worth the money and time (if you have the skill) to fix the machines that are incomplete or not working. Working machines get more money but if the trade off is spending a lot of time or money to get them working then it probably won't make sense. Test everything to determine condition and from there either sell as is or fix and sell.

Fix them and sell them!
Cheap sell the games you don't want or want to fix.
Buster Bros is a suicide game, so is the Marvel one. Its a pretty easy fix (Buster Bros).
You might be able to fix the cmos error on Revolution X with a new c32 or whatever battery.
Put the working parts in the nicer super system.
When you find good monitors put them in the games that play blind as long as the wiring is correct.
i dunno

Pray for it to rain 90's arcade enthusiasts in Montana... the horror...

Shit man, what were you planning on doing when you bought 'em all? Do that.

What I would do is sort them into four piles: non-working & not worth fixing, non-working but fixable & sellable, working & sellable, and stuff to add to your collection. Keep what you want, sell the sellable stuff, fix & sell the fixable & sellable stuff, part out the rest.

I guess you could try to convert the super system over to a switcher and see if it works. I'd take it but I can't afford to ship anything right now...(it'd be like two or three hundred dollars from Montana)

Priority #1 man. This game kicks butt, and is worth saving if the monitor can be fixed.... if it can't, I call dibs on the working gun. :)

...but seriously, try and get the monitor working. That 25" bad boy is gonna be hard to replace if you don't have a spare lying around.

The 2 Nintendo Super Systems need repair and a monitor

Nintendo Super Systems

I got some work done on the Nintendo Super Systems. It seems that one was missing a monitor, but otherwise was in good shape. The other had a blown power supply, a missing game rom (super mario world) and another game rom that isn't recoginized (NCAA Basketball). I merged the two and ended up with one really nice one. It's so nice, in fact, that I'm going to buy light tubes and starters for it. It's too bad I gaussed the screen up when I was mounting the speakers. I'm assuming it will degauss itself after I fire it up cold a couple of times.

The other one? It has a good PCB and it's sort of complete, but the cabinet is pretty beat up and I'm missing a 25" monitor so I'm trying to decide what to do with it. I'm considering stripping it because I'm not going to sink any money into it and I don't think anyone around here will want it the way it is. I have a f-zero rom, but those seem to be a dime a dozen.

with 20 arcade monitors... one of them has to be 25" and working...

just saying...

The Super System is 100%. Today I am going to pick up and start repairs on Silkworm, Magic Sword, and Silent Dragon. The Cabinet on the Silkworm is pretty smashed up. So I'm probably going to just strip it down to parts and dispose of the cabinet. The Magic Sword will get the monitor, but if Silkworm is a better game, it may get converted. The Silent Dragon will probably stay in the Ms. Pac-man cabinet. After these, I'm stripping the golden TEE and putting one of my stripped out games in it's conversion cabinet.

And then it's on to WAR - Final Assault. It's a machine with a wide control panel. I don't know how to take it off, so it won't go through any doors as is.

After these, there is a Strykers 1945 and the Ikari Warriors to take care of and I'll have gone through all the machines. My luck has been quite poor in finding working monitors, but I will rig up a test setup and test all the monitors before I decide whether to fix them myself, sent them out or just pitch them.

The R type didnt happen to have a board in it. Im looking for one. working or not.

The R-Type board was transplanted into another cabinet and sold off.

The "War: Final Assault" is fully operational and ready to go. I think I am going to image the Hard Disk just in case. The 3.2 GB quantum hard drive is a little noisy, but tests out fine. I've pretty much got it sold for $400 - but I haven't seen the cash.

The Sega Turbo makes engine sounds below and crowd sounds above when you flip the switch, but does nothing else. No LEDs or change. I don't think the main PCB is getting power. I guess I'll pick at it for another couple of days before I start hunting out another board set.

Don't forget that you can link up to 4 of the War Final Assault cabs for multiplayer. It's a lot more fun that way, you know, killing your friends and all...:D

Yes, I see the connectors, but I don't have any friends with machines. To be honest, I think the game is just Quake in a cabinet.
