I can't seem to find a cam lock long enough for the back door of my Zoo Keeper Project. I got a 1-1/8" one from the hardware store and it wasn't long enough. The one that was originally one is about 1.5" long, but is rusted shut.

Any idea where I can get one?

Ahhh the breaks

Looks like you will need to look for the exact same length or break out soem fabrication tools.

I suppose if the lock were going through wood, then you could recess the lock enough to make it reach. That would depend on the distance you would have to recess the lock. If you did do that I would reinforce either the back side with the usual metal plate or a washer within any hole you may create to recess the lock.

*Edit* I'll get a better picture of it this evening next to a ruler or something *Edit*

Is this what you need (between PCB and ribbon cable)?
