allright, so i have an idea. let's all get together at some time this evening and just blitz this thing with votes for an hour or so. anyone with me? the more people do it, the better chance we have of winning this.

i'm going to work now, but i'll be home for my lunch break around 5-6 mountain time. i'll spend the whole time voting.

I'm with you! Just try to find actual emails to use, anything. Businesses, viagra sellers, friends, relatives, anything. I worry about getting votes thrown out for being bogus.

I think you should wait until the last day for the blitz of votes... they'll have more time to match your total if we start blitzing votes now.
Plus maybe it will lull the other person into a false sense of security

Good point. This escalation of the super powers is only going to cause us both to have to stretch further. I'd like to stay within 100 or so and then absolutely hammer it on the last day.

It ends Tuesday at noon EST. We're contacting Carnival today to find out what the rules are around multiple votes from a single email address and what they plan to do with any bogus email addresses. I'm positive that most of her votes are coming from one ip, her house. Keep voting legitimately with any email addresses you have, every vote counts. Once we get more info from Carnival, I'll communicate it so we all know what rules we're operating with. It's frustrating not knowing if they will let her post thousands of votes from her home. Thanks again for the help! You guys are the best!

I voted 13 times and during that span the other guy's total went up 20. I think they probably have several people hawking the site voting when they see action on your total.That's my theory anyway,so I would imagine the best plan of action would be to vote really late in the evenings or early mornings. I'd be willing to help you blitz this bastard into submission. It's funny how you can just make up a damn e-mail with no verification whatsoever.I've just been putting stuff in like "[email protected] and a password of 111 and change the birth year to something over 13 years of age. It really is a joke.And really...if they are going to let this person cheat away then all bets should be off.

This is typical of her. She's also making up facebook accounts to talk crap about us. Class act. What we need to do is lie low this weekend and lull her into complacency. Then late Tuesday morning right before the deadline, we make a run at it with valid votes. Please save your votes until late Tuesday morning, then go nuts with yourself and all your friends. edit: crap the pic is too small. Essentially, this is a thread on Carnival's facebook page about the competition where folks are pitching for votes. This Paul Falcon guy swoops in and bashes on me and our entry. Turns out Paul Falcon is her. I'm thinking of making my own Paul Falcon and screwing with her back. Biding my time. Don't want to spook her.

Hey guys, one other thing that would help us a lot. We have a video of our kids stumping for votes on youtube. The more views we can get there the better to show that we're out there pushing Carnival. If you have ideas about how to get it in front of more people, let me know. IF we are deemed the winner, the trip will likely be next Spring Break. You can't take it earlier than November since the ship is brand new and booked through then. If you guys can make it, I'll make sure to buy luggage big enough to smuggle you all on.
