Please read my addendum above.Hey hey, first things first, Wolgamot, is there something about the deal you offered me instead of accepting a refund that you are unhappy with? And I hope you don't think I actually advanced Coinopstore in anyway by ordering these astros... please keep in mind it is not in our best interest to start off on the wrong foot with a customer. its inevitable that the sooner or later at least 1 customer will not be happy with the supplier. the group buy was run by a rep, and this time i will handle it myself. As a token of appreciation for your patience, all previous group buy astro city customers will receive $100 off their next cabinet purchase. may not sound like much but if all 20+ decide to buy, that will be 2k plus i will be tagging onto my costs... please understand i did not intentionally send you cabs with cigarette burns. you do not understand how much of a nightmare those astros have been... up to date ive refunded the entire amount to those who requested it. what more can i do? hong kong candys are not up to par as they say their suppliers say they are..
however the astro / new astro / atomiswave sd's i got from Tokyo... if interested email me [email protected] and i will send you pictures or you are more than welcome to come see them for yourself.
and as for the golden tee, it was dropped off the day you arrived, i apologize for the miscommunication but i was selling on behalf of a distributor in the area, and all questions i asked were answered and forwarded to you, i apologize your trip did not end up the way you wished, if needed i can reimburse for the gas, thats the least i can do for making you drive.
anything else, please lets keep it out of the for sale thread, thanks i really do appreciate it. i have 60+ astros/new astros in stock as well as repro astro 2player 12 button control panels, sanwa sticks / buttons...
and orders for 20 confirmed orders for blast city's need at least 43 more orders to fill a shipment. send a email if interested.

We as customers dont care about the advancement of coinopstore. That is up to you as the manager/owner. You offered a group buy, stated a promise of items to be received, set a price and honestly nothing was fulfilled. If you lost TONS of money on that deal , we as customers dont care. You as a business man should be upset at your supplier. Infact money shouldve been refunded after you went to China to complete the order.
You are doing the right thing sorda by offering a discount but honestly im not upset at what i received. Im a little bit by how it was handled as my statement was to let people know how the group buy previously went.
