I have a generic laminated cabinet that has a bit of water damage (and a few holes drilled into it to attach big locking brackets). I planned on filling the holes and fixing the water damage corners with JB Weld or Bondo. I am looking for some advice on if I will have to remove all the laminate and paint the wood, or if I can sand the Bondo until it is smooth with the laminate and just paint over the laminate? If so, what kind of paint should I use? I planned on painting the cabinet black and putting a better game in it (right now it is a Rough Ranger). Thanks.
