Cabinet Identify

I'd buy them at $100 each. How can you go wrong? These are actually very interesting cabinets.

Yep, I'm now the proud owner of 4 of these goofy cabaret cabinets and some equally weird cocktail. They all have 4600's, and they seem to look pretty burn free. Unfortunately, one is necked. Haven't a clue what I was thinking, but I couldn't say no.

It's worth the money to recover 3 nice working low/0 burn monitors if nothing else. Maybe you can post pictures of your burn free K4600 to that STG2 can see they do exist. Here's mine.

Ooh, pretty! Mine are being delivered tonight or Saturday morning. I'll crack them open and snap some pics. I could only see so much through the bezel in a dimly lit garage, but they looked promising. I'm hoping there's at least two nice ones to replace the badly burned ones in my Pacman and Ms Pacman. These oddball cabarets will either get the burned 4600's or dare I say LCD's.

My 5 machines were just delivered last night. There are 4 of these goofy cabaret cabinets like the one in the original post, and 1 goofy cocktail. There are no manufacturing marks anywhere on any of the machines. Cabinet construction is pretty good, but the wiring is a little spooky. Reminds me a little more of my EM pin then it does if any of my other arcade cabinets. On a positive note, I have the following:

2- Ladybug PCBs, probably bootlegs and untested as of yet.
1- Space Battle PCB, probably also a bootleg.
1- Moon Cresta PCB, looks like a Sega PCB but no labels on it.

1- perfect, burn free K4600...that had been necked.
1- perfect, burn free K4600
1- almost perfect K4600
1- light Ladybug burn K4600
1- perfect K4900

4- really nice goofy cabaret cabinets with only minor bumps and bruises.
1- really nice goofy cocktail cabinet, with only 1 noticeable chip in the laminate.

Looks like my Pacman and Ms Pacman each get a really nice K4600 to replace the horribly burned monitors in them. Going to keep the K4900 for a future project. Not sure what to do with the rest of it for the moment.

All (non-necked) monitors tested and working?

I got them delivered just in time to do a quick once over before it got too dark and cold out. The guy I bought them from said he powered the three good K4600's up but didn't try the K4900 in the cocktail. When I plugged the cocktail in it made a horrible buzzing noise with no signs of life. As soon as I get another weekend with decent weather I want to spend a little more time checking out the PCB's and the monitors.
