Tetris Cabinet identification.

I hate front view shots. Anyone want to take a shot at: identify? Stern cab perhaps?

It does look like a Centuri shape, but I've never seen an over-under coin door on those cabs. Also, the control panel isn't the same. The front of Centuri cp's go down further:

Yeah the coin door really through me off.

Based on the over/under coin door and the flecks of green peeking through the black paint, I'll say it's a Birdie King 2.

Now were there any other games other than Birdie King II that used that similar cabinet that may/ may not be be worth restoring/converting it from a Tetris?

Was it even a fun game? So many questions. :)
