2nd generation data east cab as 64bit said. This would be games like Karate Champ, Kung Fu Master, Commando etc.
The one in this pic in particular is a later model with just the 3 slots for each speaker. There were at least 3 manufacturers of these cabinets. Early models made in Japan, US models made by Dynamo and a third, unknown manufacturer.
