Need help identifying this cab. I'm thinking is one of the MK cabinets?

Stern coin door and CP extending out of cab sides points to Berzerk/Frenzy type cab.

Were any made in that green color?

No. I don't remember any cabs like this in Green. Red, Orange Red, yes.

The original color might be hiding underneath. Look to see if it is a rolled or sprayed coating. Some Goof Off might be able to remove the paint and get you to what is underneath if you want to bring it back to it's original game and glory.

The operator ran out of BLACK paint for all the other conversions he did.

Typically there was overspray on the inside of Stern cabs too. Should be able to find the original color there.
