That is an Artic Mini cab. Mars and Devil Fish officially came in it, but the cab was commonly used for bootleg games, often Konami based ones like Frogger (Frog), Scramble, and similar. It has a very shallow control panel, basically 3 button width's high (~4.5 inches) including the metal strips. It has a special tiny mount joystick as well. It's got a Universal (brand) style coin door.

It's all 5/8" (sides + front) or 1/2" plywood for other parts, so it's very light and it's got a very thin veneer which seems to fade pretty easily. They also have 19" monitors in it and have a universal mounting system where you can rotate the monitor easily by lifting and rotating. They use a Kaga(Kagi?) brand chinese chassis mounted to the side. There is a thin channel just below the veneer on the left side that runs power up to the marquee which uses a mini FL lamp (the game is 20.5" wide inside dimensions).

Most interesting : The power board is mounted to the coin box and has connectors for an XY monitor with lower voltage than 100/120.

Most annoying: The speaker is mounted to the lower right rear facing out the back. And the back is permanently attached. You cannot get in to work other than under the front lower part that holds the coin door and is hinged on the left side.

There are not many pictures of these cabs out there other than the bad KLOV flyer shots. Perhaps you could posts a few outside and inside pictures of yours to document their interesting construction. I had one but it was in very rough shape, most of the sides were off and the monitor was very dark.
