Hey all!

We're close to finalizing the design for this year's T-shirt the CA Extreme show!

As this is the 13th show (Wow!), you'll see that one of the designs has a "Friday the 13th" flavor to it :D .

We certainly invite any and all to the following link to check out the designs, and please do vote in the poll! :

Thanks as always for everyone's continued support!

Actually...we may must modify that "13" a bit...we were already thinking about that.

But that's why any and all feedback is much appreciated!

Oh yeah...and we'll be doing more than 1 design...we do want to have a design that satisfies the pinball folks, too ;) .

Vector works well if you're into Vectors. Nice layout for sure.

Death Race is a cool genre for show 13. My only suggestion would be to add a spot color to liven up the design. Maybe a fluorescent RED for 13 or the entire scroll of text. Perhaps make the 13 a bit exaggerated, larger so it pulls more attention.

Fun House 13 is a creative one albeit heavy with pins. Fun House boy seems to make it on a lot of the shirts. I remember him from last year, and a couple years prior. Freaky either way.

Cool to see them narrowed down. I totally spaced, was there a contest this year for shirt design. whoops. Remind me next time to not drag my ass and submit something for 14th show.

Funny, I had no idea what Frizz was suggesting for the 13....didn't even see it on the Vector image. Wow, that's a bit on the small side. I would scale it up substantially, and lay it over part of the M and E on "Extreme", perhaps dutch angle it (rotate) some too.

The vector shirt looks awesome. I didn't even notice the 13 until Frizzle mentioed it, but now that he mentions it, it does look a little out of place.

I vote button down the front baseball jersey with CAX across the front (where the team name would be) and the number 13 on back. You could do a preorder option to have a name applied on back. Okay, I know I lose... :D

I like the Vector one too! I guess a ladies shirt would be good too, as the regular shirts are too long! :)

I like the vector the best but the 13 needs to be bigger. The Rudy friday the 13th design would be my second pick and death race would be last.

Wow, I'm in the extreme minority in that I do not like the vector shirt at all.

I like the FunHouse the best, even though I don't like that pin all that much. I like the Death Race second.

The Funhouse is an awesome shirt, and likely the only one I would buy or wear.

Wow, did my opinion kill the fun?

Actually, upon review, I do like the vector shirt OK. But I really dig the FunHouse and Death Race Shirts. I like the Death Race shirt in that it has all the old companies on the tombstones.

the deathrace shirt is the one I would go with...

The vector one is interesting. I think you should change one of the tie fighters into darths ship.. A few less asteroids, maybe drop the 2nd tie fighter add an ESB walker.. Maybe add a lunar lander ship... Maybe add the major havoc dude leaning up against his ship..

I think the vector shirt is just a typical shirt. I think people outside the hobby will look at the shirt and think "geek". Its a tad too obvious.

I think the Death Race is very fresh but can be confusing to people outside the hobby just what it is about. This shirt doesn't scream "geek".

The FunHouse is also somewhat typical, but I dig it, and it is fairly obvious to people outside the hobby what it is about. This shirt doesn't scream "geek".

I think the shirt ought to inform those outside of the hobby just what the shirt is about.

FWIW.

Me neither. Its way too busy, with random vector things everywhere. I would probably buy the Rudy one if it came down to having to purchase one. The Death Race one is cool, but if you don't know what that game is (which I think a lot of non crazy video game people wouldn't) it doesn't say anything about being the biggest arcade expo in California.

*chants* Death race, Death race, Death race!!!

I personally don't care if people know what it's for. I like it and that's good enough for me. If they're interested they'll ask.
I have a shirt that I wear a lot with just the date 05/25/77 across the front and people ask me all the time what it is.
I tell them "why, it's the day Star Wars came out in the theatre silly". :)
I've been called a nerd too many times to care anymore.
