I plan on getting the new tron pinball coming out. barring it doesn't look like crap. I will actually be buying 2 machines. Another friend will be buying one as well. I'm hoping it will be as fun as FG. however I doubt it.

questions:

1. In Iowa or Illinois does anyone know who the cheapest seller is going to be? I am looking for a reputatable seller.

2. Not that its a bulk purchase, but will buying 2 machine get me any leverage?

3. Looking for some solid advice, up until now I have been pretty tight with my purchases, and would have never considered a new machine...Any tips on buying one?

4. Anyone else nearby want to try to buy in bulk with me. Maybe 2 isn't reason to negotiate, but 4 or 5 might be.

I'm in on a group buy for Tron. Very interested to hear any input on the best way to buy NIB. I live right near Stern, you'd think that picking up at the factory would be worth something to them, no?

I realize you didn't ask, but I'd try playing one before leaping in for a NIB (just giving advice, not trying to insult anybody). I guess because of "Tron" you could resell it if you don't like it. I realize they've made better titles lately, but man...imagine NIB'ing Stern's Indiana Jones. That's some grade A buyer's remorse fuel.

There is not much leverage on new pins since the profit margin is low. On avg we only make around 400.00 profit on new pins

you must be the best game in town.. Checking website prices are all over from 4000-6500.

I hope that when I am heading home from vacation in Florida, I can swing in to get my pinball.
