I've got a buster bros. Board that someone took out the suicide battery and soldered wires to two or three of the chips (my best guess). Well, while taking out the board, I pulled two of the wires off and now it's not booting up. Where could I get two of the chips from to fix this? They look like they may need to be programmed.

Well the problem Is that at least one pin is broken off. I guess they bent the pin out for the hack and that weakened it causing it to break off. Not enough of the pin left to solder the wire back on.

Why did you try to unplug them?

You'll need to get another EPROM chip and program it with the right code.

I can do it if you don't have a programmer... or Steph at Hobbyroms can do it.

Thanks for your help. I well need to get a chip from you. I didn't unplug them. I must have snagged a wire when I took the PCB out of the cabinet. I'm not to happy with myself because I'm not usually that careless. Thanks again, Al

here is the board with pictures of the chips.
