Ok, Did a real dumb thing last night.
I lightly bumped into the side of my tube.

Tube cracked. Dead.

I'm looking for a replacement tube.
I'd rather not have to trash the whole thing.

Suggestions?

Start watching the curb for television sets of the same size. I'm not familiar with the KTN-2001, so I don't know what size tube it takes, but picture tubes are amazingly compatible. Find a TV with the same size picture tube, and pull the back off. If the neck is the same diameter and has the same connector at the end, then you can almost always swap the picture tube from the television into the arcade monitor. Use the deflection yoke and the degaussing coil from the arcade monitor, and keep the convergence rings with the television tube. Mark them before removing them, so you can put them back on the same place, minimizing the convergence once you've got it all assembled.
