I've just gotten a Burgertime, my second cab, and it's waaaay different than my Neo-Geo. I'm having some minor video glitches (moving bars on the screen, ladders and platforms moving, and off center) and I have no idea how to fix it. The manual says if you have moving bars it could be a grounding issue, but I'm not sure if they mean what I have. The original owner thinks it could be because of dusty boards, but i don't really want to pull the boards out. What I'd really like to know is where the grounding wires go, there's two hanging, unconnected. One is a clip-on style, and one seems to have snapped off at the end. Any suggestions?

I had a problem similar to what you are describing. I just cleaned and re-seated my rom and that corrected it. Try that 1st maybe you'll get lucky like I did, hope it works out. BurgerTime is a very fun addictive game

Yes, it definitely sounds like a ROM issue. Like he said above, reseat them and the connectors as well. Also, if you want to find a home for those grounding wires, you can ground them anywhere on the power supply block frame or splice into another ground strap that is already leading to the block.
