Has anyone seen this before on a BurgerTime? It has been tested with another monitor to rule out monitor issues? Who repairs BurgerTime PCBs?

Thanks in advance
Ted

It looks like to me that some white like the scores and green is missing.

Try cleaning the connections and verify the voltage at the chips. Most 16 pin chips has voltage on pins 8=+5 and 16=ground.

Try asking your question M-F when most of the techs are at work, that is when they get on here the most and can help you better.

Thanks for the tip. Shouldn't they be on here on the weekends???? lol

Bumpy bump

have you checked the dip switch settings and voltages to the ic chips.

You will probably get better response if you tell the what you did (ie test mode shows, voltage at the ic chips is 4.97 and 12 volts is at 11.97 and here is a pic of the issue and of the board).

It looks like a very easy fix but I have thought that on the Operation Wolf sound boards; I was wrong!!!

Try re seating the connections to the pcb, note or take a pic of all of the connections (hi res and close enough to see easily) and clean with proper methods for the connector.

Still have to pick up the game. So I haven't done anything yet just thought I could gather up some info before I started working on it. Thank you for the ideas.

Don't turn on....Just load and go.....I think pay is in there also....

I sent this board out to Riptor and it was a bad 74LS194 that was causing this issue. Just wanted to close out the thread. Thanks all!
