I coin it up for 1 credit but i cant get the game to start. Then once i coin the second credit it automaticly starts a 2 players game. Ive checked the wiring and buttons and everything checked out ok. It would have to be a problem with the pcb. Any suggestions would help. One more thing once the game is over it gives you the screen to put your initials on the high score page but leaves the screen and does not let you enter initials

To me it sounds like the 2nd player button is somehow always engaged. The button might not be pressed, but maybe the switch itself is stuck in the closed position.

You could also check for continuity on the board end.

i checked all buttons and wire and traced the harness all the way back to the pcb. The problem is at the pcb

Yeah, it sounds like it thinks Start 2 is stuck... if the wiring is all good in the cab, trace it into the board. The schematics are in the manual, and P2 Start should be BLU-B wire at pin J on the CPU/Sound Board. The area to check is the left side of pg 40 from http://www.crazykong.com/manuals/Bump&Jump.man.pdf . I'd first check RA6 (should be a SIP resistor pack, which are notorious for getting physically broken) and then 6E (74LS367).
