A little back story first. The lady at my storage unit tells me there is a guy there that has some games and he just dumped a bunch from the plano location and wanted to know if she could give them my number as they might be willing to sell. I said sure. She switched to a different location and her son moved to this one. Well two nights ago a guy calls and says he has some stuff at the storage unit. It's his sons. He said something with a ball and flippers? I go Pinball and he goes yes. One of those and some parts. I arrange to go look at it this morning. And in my head I was going to offer 200 no matter what pin it was unless it was a NWing EM or falling apart.

I get there this morning and the werid thing is if you are in my unit and look straight out at the unit across from mine and go one to the right that was his unit. He showed up and opened it for me and he said here's what I'll do.... If you take over the unit you can have everything inside. Unit is 59 a month like mine. So I am going to try and move everything within a month so I can get out of it as most of it is junk. But below is what I got. Any idea what I should price it each for ebay or CL. Arcade cabinets I'll probably group together to sell.

Game Plan Pinball is a Sharp Shooter. Had no back glass but over all loooked decent. No way to test it.

Millipede cabinet painted black. No monitor or PCB. Trac-ball missing. Does have a switcher installed.

Silkworm in what looks like a WoW cabinet. Side art painted over. No Monitor or PCB.

NBA JAM Couldn't get a good look at it since it was in the back but no Monitor or PCB. Also no CP.

Dual VS cabinet turned upside down. Nothing left but coin door taken off and CP's. No wiring except on the CP's

3 Juke Boxes. Nothing looked really old.

3 Pioneer Laser Disk Players Model 3. Huge and heavy.

Top part to a foose ball table. Looked to be a cheap home model.

Assorted other junk Radios, Busted TV, 486 computer, some other computer, Monitor. Some sort of Beer sign (maybe a clock) but it was long and couldn't see what the other part was it was in the back.

Pretty much all junk but going to see if I can make a little off of it. I was thinking 100 for the Pin (Would love to bring it home and test it)

50 for all the arcade cabinets

100 for the 3 Jukes

Any idea what the laser disk players are worth?

Thanks Steven
Several items had Super Auction stickers on them. he did say his soon had a garage full of games he might want to get rid off.

I had some of those laser disc players....I couldn't give them away.....
Maybe some laser guys locally would want....
Good luck!

I'll try and get some. One was a Wurtizer (SP) and one said Super Star I think. Going to try and take some pics of the other stuff so I can move it so I am not paying 59 a month (That is past the first month).

May try and keep the pin and sell the rest. Looks like we may not be getting a house so I may keep my storage unit. Wouldn't have far to move it. LOL

I might be interested in one of the Juke boxes, I am not sure what I would do with 3. Anybody else want to split them 3 ways???

I paid $5.00 for one of the Model 3 players (or one that looks a lot like it - have to see what model I have for sure) and picked it up local. It works fine and included the remote. One thing on those is a rubber part on the spindle that is supposed to 'grab' the inside of the LD to spin it - the rubber on this one deteriorated so a thin slip of paper is now wrapped around the spindle to grip the inside of the disc (guy I bought it from had done this). Those players are beasts. Shipping would kill - Pioneer Model 3

Are the Jukeboxes CD or 45 Record type? Model #'s?

Jukes I am sure are 45's Look like something you'd see at Super Auctions Junk Juke row. Jukes are in the back left. But I can try and take some pics.

I have the games listed on CL. If no takers in a week I am going to pull a "Chris" and strip any good parts and smash up the cabinets. Between now and then I am going to dump all the electronics I do not want in the trash as well. Laser Disk Players, Computers, Radios, Etc.. Then I can better get to the Juke Boxes. I'll get my wife to help me move the Pin to my unit which is close by. Then hopefully have everything moved out before Nov 20th so I'd only be out 59 bucks. I finally had my truck (Ford Courier) towed to the repair show and told the guy I was giving my notice on the space for it. That will save me 44 bucks a month.

The link posted before said that those laser disk players worked in Dragon's lair and Space Ace... I don't have any clue if that is true, but if those are working, seems like someone would want them...

If they want the Laser Disk they would have to pick them up as they are heavy and I'm not shipping them. Had a guy call me last night and ask about the Dual VS cabinet. He said what condition is the cabinet in and I go poor. He said I'll call you in the morning to arrange a time to come look at it. Unless he has some off the wall Mame idea I think he will be disapointed in the cab as it is the worst of the 4. Someone else emailed wanting to know the dimensions. Had some sort of link I didn't click on. I did reply back with a general Dual is twice as big as a normal one, NBA Jam a little bigger than normal and the other two normal.

Guy I emailed called and he wants the NBA Jam. (Which had to be the one in the very back. So he goes they are 50 each and I go no 50 for all 4. He was like I have to take all 4 and I go no I'll sell the NBA jam for 15. He wants me to hold it till this Friday. He just emailed back and wants all 4 for 50. But I have to hold till Friday. I asked if he could make a deposit/down payment via Paypal. That way I can tell how interest he is. He's coming from like 50 miles away and I dodn't want to waste a week if he comes and passes on them.

I went back to the unit today and moved the pin to my unit (by myself). I moved the three laser disk players to my unit and the Foose ball table which has folded up legs. I found some more stuff I didn't know was there. A VCR which I threw away, Microwave (Survived the first round of executions), Cassette Radio for car thew it out, 8-Track Player for car Kept it, Some old fan (Small) says Tested Dec 59 I saved it.

Two interesting things I found were a 2 page sheet of paper hand written that says "Tammi's Rules for a Harmonus Marriage" It has 36 different ones. I will try and scan it some time it is very funny. Some of the ones are:

Don't Argue with Tammi she's always right.
If she's out of Cigarettes (Even if its 5 foot of snow & Ice and 30 below) You've got to get them (She's not ready to be seen)

Also found a business card from the early 80ties Chuck E Cheese's Pizza Time Theather (Has the logo) "Ladies Name" Manager Electonic Theather Restraunts (Licensee) An Address Houston, TX and Ph# I thought it was pretty cool. Will have to try and scan it as well.

Jukeboxes are all Wurlitzer Americana, Statesman, and Super Star.

I took some pics but will download them later.
