What's the difference between these monitors and the ones that Victor Genao sells for $110.00 + $50.00 shipping without a group buy?

I just recently bought 2 of them from Victor, and not only do I not see any burn at all, but they actually look new to me. The ones that I bought from Victor previously were just as good. I honestly didn't know they were used / refurbished.

Bad news
Well I got some bad news..
Just went to place the order with Victor and he told me hee has no more new 19" monitors.. He had them a few weeks ago when I started this thread but not now. All he has left is used monitors with "Slight Burn but a beautiful picture" (his words). He has no way of getting any more new tubes.
He is bumping his used price up to $120 and he said it will be $150 shortly.
So it looks like this deal is dead.. sorry all. I'll refund your cash.
