Is it possible to get that crappy hazy mylar shiny again? I'd rather not change it if i can help it right now. Novus 2 doesn't work. Millwax doesn't work. What about the "magic eraser" i hear about? I heard it does wonders on control panels and stuff, maybe it could clean a hazy mylar?

Mylar is really tough stuff. Novus, millwax etc are way too fine to polish it.

I've had great success Using a buffing pad on my electric drill + polishing compounds. I bought the treasure cove kit - check out their site & videos for the technique.

You can also buy buffing pads and compound separately. If you chose to buy separately check out Mequires, they sell a series of course to fine compounds for auto detailing that are real good. You'll want to buy a series of heavy cut to fine cut type compounds.

The Treasure Cove Playfield Polishing Kit works very, very well on Mylar. I polished the Mylar on my FH and I could not have been happier with the results.
