I got a free (reeeeaaaalllllly) busted up joust cab (BB converted), but I salvaged a 19" sharp image / Trinitron & this bubble bobble PCB. I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but assuming it works what is the value of an OG BB PCB? Also, the harness was like - hand woven lol… but I know you need a Jamma adaptor if you're not running the original harness, so I copped it. Also what is that pin connector on the upper right of the board?

It really depends on if it works 100% or not? I would test it first, then see where the value is at.. just my 2 cents... ;)

Oh I'll get it working if it isn't. I'm def not selling it, I'm keeping it lol - I just haven't been able to find any kind of accurate market value. Lot's of pirate PCBs, but I did see some years back someone was asking $500. If anyone happens to know what those pins are though, it would be helpful :)

In the pinout diagram it says "post header side"

Yeah 500 bucks seems about right. I had my eye on one a few months back on Ebay. If I remember correctly it sold for like 550 bucks or so. It was the Japanese rom set though, not sure if that makes a difference?

AFAIK the language is set by a DIP switch. $550 sounds about right for a working board. It looks like yours has the jumper mod so that you don't need a coin counter to credit it.

Ah okay, very cool. Thanks for the info!

The last one that sold on here went for $600 + shipping

Red jumper is for coin counters / coinup. I install actual pin headers on mine so it looks cleaner and you can remove jumper without desoldering down the road.

Green jumper - not sure.

Top right is the power header. Same connector as original arkanoid and other taito boardsets. You can clean up that direct wired mess easily.

Value of that board, fully working, tested and not all jacked up is $700+ based on the recent sales and me having been on the hunt for over a year to dig one up before I found mine this year.

I'd clean up that power header, fix the coin jumper and use the pcbjunkie taito jamma adapter to run that in any clean EDIT horizontal vertical jamma cab.

Awesome game. Enjoy!
