Bubble Bobble:Priced to sell on CL

The wife is surprisingly not interested, so I am going to pass on it I guess. If one of you guys hasn't picked it up in a couple of weeks maybe I will go get it. That way she will have forgotten about it and I can sneak it in without her realizing it lol.

How's that a boot? All the boards I see for it look like that.

My guess is that the non-boot pcb set has "Taito" silkscreened right on the boards and looks like this Bubble Bobble on Crazy Kong:

It's funny because we're all talking to this guy, probably asking him all the same questions, and he's sending us all the same pictures. He's probably confused as to why he suddenly got an influx of interest.

If you look at the boot PCB, it is missing the "H" pin header where power input is supposed to go. Also, it's missing the taito chip with the Bub dinosaur printed on it. That chip is responsible for the in-game physics of the characters' movement. The bootlegs are close, but are not 100% accurate to the original game's movement.

Woah! Looks like someone dumped a handful of bolts, screws and washers in that cabinet. Check out the bottom righthand corner of the pic. Whoever buys this needs to make sure to get all that out.... or it could easily short-circuit something.
