I have no way to test this, and have no idea how to either, lol. But....the power does turn on, so it may work.

$150 shipped (if too high, PM me with what you think is fair)

You should keep this.
Time will tell and you'll need it to debug one of your V-E-C-T-O-R games.

Ya, ONLY if you come and teach me your Jedi arcade repair ways. Otherwise, its a freakin nice paperweight to me. I have ZERO clue on how to use this.

Here's how I approached it...

1. Read: https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/how-to-use-an-oscilloscope

2. Read: http://www.instructables.com/id/Oscilloscope-How-To/

3. Drop $40 on this tutorial hardware kit: http://www.microcenter.com/product/445181/Oscilloscope_Tutorial_Kit

4. Follow instructions of the kit and have fun! Use it, abuse it, wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Web says it's 35 MHz, which is fast enough, plus it's 2-channel. All you need is a $12 pair of probes, and a few minutes of reading, and this is an excellent tool for debugging vectors. Probes here:

Put scope in XY mode, connect probes to XOUT and YOUT test points on game board, and probe ground to GND, and you'll have a picture on the scope screen.

I guess this is an intelligence test afterall.

Is Cossack smarter than EDreamz and will he keep the analog scope (which he probably got for $5) and learn how to use it? (which is pretty straight forward)

You can see the X-Y mode on the horizontal dial too ... so no guessing it can do what's required for analog XY vector testing ("is it my logic board or the monitor?" ... duh).
