I put my SpyHunter up for sale, but then took it off the market. But then I was offered a good price, so I jumped at the offer. I thought about what I wanted to fill the spot with, and then I saw a post here on KLOV for a Project Star Wars in good shape. Well I PMed and haggled and then it was mine. So here it is, Star Wars, a mega grail for me. Never thought I ever get one.

Got my two color vector games sitting next to each other, hopefully they play nice with each other.

Its got a Amplifone monitor it it, but I need a deflection and HV pcb, and the main boards need work, but the cab is in awesome condition.

Want to Thank fellow KLOVer M_Mcgovern for giving up an awesome cab, and good luck on your Star Wars Cockpit project.

Congrats, that looks like it's in real nice shape. That was right down the street from me, but I don't want a Star Wars. I would have turned it into a chair. :D

Have fun with the project!!!

While not impossible to find, I think you'll have a much easier time selling the tube and yoke and buying a K6100 than trying to locate HV board. The whole Amplifone hype is bullshit anyway. The difference between the two doesn't warrant the price difference IMHO. Let the arguments begin.

I am considering a 6100. But finding a decent 6100 can be just as challenging.

I'm not that good on the game anyway, and would probably die before the refresh rate dropped......:)

because working k6100's are cheap and plentiful...
I haven't seen where an Amplifone HV and deflection board would cost any more than a k6100.

Amp's rule! :)

No problem, Superbee. Looking forward to seeing the Star Wars light up next to the Star Trek (and I don't mean due to the fire in the Star Trek ;) )

it's nice to see it getting put back together instead of gutted. Nice game and it will be worth the effort.

 I hope this wasn't directed at me? I never had plans to gut this guy...

It wasn't directed at you at all, i was merely stating i am glad it wasn't parted out.

OK...no worries...I usually don't pick up games where i need to harvest their organs...this one was in really nice looking shape. Hard to let go, but hard to keep knowing I have the cockpit in the garage waiting to be finished up...

I have a few sets of HV and deflection pcbs out for repair, one for my game and a spare the other sets will be available. PM me.

They still seem to command decent $, especially since those NOS tubes hit the market not too long ago. My price will be based mostly on the repair cost.
