i posted my last post when the uaciton was just starting. things were going for really cheap. liek someone siad at the auction it was a buyers auction. the first few multicades went for dirt cheap compared to what they pull in at baltimore and sell on craigs. plus jamie even said last auction unless we could get attendence up he might have to stop having the auction. i understand there is money having to come in at all angles for the auctioneer and fees associated with buying and selling so when i see them selling things for dirt cheap i was really taken back. i will continue to support jamie and lou with any future auctions thou. i had a fun time. a few things kinda caught me off guard thou.

first was i noticed quite a lot of just people looking to have one machine for there house or game room or such. i tired to inform them as best as i can about things. there was one person thou who was kinda really essentric about what he was buying. he bought the operation wolf game i believe. he was cool and all but i must have mentioned 4 times that the atari football powered up and he looked at me each time and said(really?)... like he wasn;t listening.

i met eagletg down there without even knowing. i knew someone posted about there five finger death punch t shirt and i asked and it was him. haha didn;t get to talk to him much cause i ran into him towards the end but it was cool to meet someone from the site and he was very easy to talk to.

i picked up an empty cab for 10 bucks and a defender from another member on here.

the thing i got weirded out with was at the very end. there was a star trek game that i thought i won but i didn;t. soon as the auction was over i stepped outside for some air and i came back looking at what i was going to take out first and the star trek game had a different buyer number then mine. i looked at my friend and i was about to walk over to the table when some guy behind me said he bought it. weird part was i don;t believe i seen him the whole auction till just then. anyways he was kinda aggresive towards me since i was looking at the machine and checking it out and i said screw it. i thought i won it thou but i guess that guy must have. when i went to pay it wasn;t in my folder either so i just must have missed him bidding. it was a short guy with an orange shirt for anyone that was there. even as i was pulling my stuff out he was staring me down.

regardless jamie and lou, you guys did great and i will be back to the next one.

Might have been a buy back from the seller. Had I not bought the 18 Wheeler I was gonna buy back the Defender. Problem was by the time they got to the last row of games there was only like 6-7 bidders left. All the buyers blew their load on the first couple rows. Sucked for sellers in last row like myself. But it was still fun.

the first couple werent 60-1's though, i think they were only 9-1's. The title on them was "My Classics v486" (or something like that) and there was only one page of games.

i came in a little before it started i just knew they were mulit's but wasn;t aware that they were the older boards. i thought the ms pacman thta was cut was really cool. whoever modded that one took there time. unless they came from the factory like that and i am not aware. i was surprised how cheap that went.

One way to tell for sure, your bidder number would be on the lot sticker.

Our Mistake

We fucked up, We put Star Trek on #112 A Guy named Mike who has an Arcade on the Boardwalk, he bought the Crazy 8"s and some other stuff. The Star Trek is still here and it's yours if you still want it. Just talked to Mike and he said he definitely didn't win it or even want it. So not sure how that happened. Let me know if you want it. and where your at. Maybe in our round about if your local we can find a way to get it to you.
Ok just noticed your in Scranton, next weekend i'm headed to my house in the Poconos , maybe we could meet off of exit 95 or something.
